Stacie Routt, Executive Director

Stacie Routt has been with The Hope Center for Autism, Inc for 10 years. She started with the Hope Center in 2002 prior to it becoming a public charter school. Being one of the founders of the school Stacie has provided an active role for the Hope Center in many areas. Her leadership role as the Director of the school began in 2008. Stacie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications from Florida State University. Stacie is a Certified ESE teacher for grades K-12 with an Autism Endorsement. She is currently finishing her Masters in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. Stacie has worked full time for children with autism for over 16 years. Her experience includes in home services as well as educational settings. Stacie believes that her expertise in the classroom has supported the overall development and quality throughout the growth of the Hope Center. The children and the amazing staff fill the hallways with passion and love that keep Stacie moving forward in continuing to provide for the community’s growing needs.

Pam Beaumont, Speech and Language Therapist
Pamela L. Beaumont, M.S., CCC-SLP received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts in 1992, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from the University of Hawaii in 1994. She opened the North Palm Beach, FL Speech & Language Connection office in 2001 and the Port St. Lucie, FL office in 2008. She currently provides private speech and language services at both locations. She served as an Adjunct Clinical Supervisor at the Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL for two semesters in 2003, served as a Part-C Provider of Early Intervention Services in Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties between April of 2000 and November of 2004 and became a certified provider of the Fast ForWord Family of Training Programs in 1999. She also provided speech & language services at private schools and charter schools in Martin and Palm Beach County, FL and worked as an employee in the Windward and Leeward Oahu Districts in the Hawaii Public School System.
