Peer Mentors Wanted – Let’s Kick Off Summer with a Trip Around the World!
Grab your (imaginary) passport—Vacation Week is the first stop in our Survivor Camp: Vacation Edition adventure, and we need awesome Peer Mentors to help our campers survive social situations with style!
From tropical luaus to pretend plane rides, you'll help students with autism learn how to:
Take turns during travel-themed games
Use communication devices to plan and pack
Build friendships while exploring exciting destinations
Practice flexibility, fun, and teamwork—all while having a blast!
As a Peer Mentor, you’ll:
Model social and communication skills
Encourage campers to join in and try new things
Help create a safe, silly, and supportive vibe
Earn volunteer hours and enjoy pizza Thursdays!
🌎 It’s more than a pretend vacation—it’s a real opportunity to make a difference.
