Care Provider Background Screening Requirement

In accordance with House Bill 531, The Hope Center for Autism complies with all requirements related to the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

As part of this legislation, all qualified entities must provide access to the Clearinghouse Education and Awareness website and include this resource in applicable job postings requiring background screening.
